Apple IPad To Dominate Holiday Shopping Season As Android Lags Says Gartner

Earlier today we reported that the Asian PC makers do not see Ice Cream Sandwich to help Android tablets competing against the iPad this Holiday shopping season. Now a new report from research company Gartner says the same thing. According to Gartner The Android Tablet market share is only rising 3% this year compared to 2010. The iPad is losing about 10%, but still commands a 73.4% market share. Gartner predicts that Apple will still own 50% of the tablet market in 2014.
